I forgot my TFI Email Password. What should I do?
Upon logging in TFI email, click the “Reset Password” option and follow the email instructions sent to your personal email. If this does not work, contact IT at help@tfi.education to reset your password.
I lost my TFI LMS password. What should I do?
Contact TFI IT at help@tfi.education or Click the “Forgot Password” link in the TFI LMS login page.
How do I have to submit the required documents ?
In our registration page, upload the necessary documents that is asked in PDF, PNG or JPG format only.
Login to your TFI LMS account, proceed to your course and open the link “How to Join a Live Class”
I am registered in multiple courses. Am I required to login to each course separately?
No, you do not need to login each course separately. You will find all your courses in your TFI LMS dashboard.
The TFI Learning Management System is the platform to use in your online learning journey.
I can't find the live conference to my class. What should I do?

Computer System Requirements Specifications for TFI Learning Management System
Please ensure you have a personal computer (PC) or Macintosh (Mac) computer available for your courses with TFI. This is a list of basic computer system requirements to use TFI LMS. It is always recommended to use the most up-to-date versions and better connections. TFI LMS will still run with the minimum specifications, but you may experience slower loading time, and its hosting infrastructure is designed for maximum compatibility and minimal requirements.
TFI LMS is best viewed at a minimum resolution of 800×600. If you want to view Canvas on a device with a smaller screen, we recommend using the TFI LMS mobile app.
